Leg work help, please

I'm doing Cathe's one body part per day rotation and there are a couple of things in the leg day that I don't know how to do.

What are seated leg extensions with ankle weights?

Also, what exercises are included in the stability ball section of PUB?

I'd be most grateful for any help:) Thanks.

Shell, the stability ball section of PUB is the ab work. Is that what you mean? Cathe does roll ups (laying on floor and rise to sitting w/ ball), alternate kick the ball w/ roll ups, side to side w/ dumbell (seated on ball), pikes, and I may have forgotten something in there.

I think seated leg extensions are when you are sitting and raise your foot up level to your knee so your working your quads, so that your leg is straight out in front of you. Then lower it back down and start again.

Does that make sense?

Thank you so much ladies! Debbie, I'm not sure why ab work would be included in leg work, but if that's the case, I'll skip it because I already did Coremax 2 this morning:p
