Leg Training and Cardio

Cathe, I am wondering if it is o.k. to do Leaner Legs or the legs portion of MIS with a short (30 min.)cardio right after. I am triying to work in more leg workouts per week, but not lose too much cardio time. Thank you, Melissa

I sure hope that's OK. I just did LL yesterday and then did 25 minutes (steady state) on the treadmill. My legs felt fine during (well, you know ;) ) and after.
