When you get a muscle group to be the best it can be based on genetics, if you keep working that group as intensely and extensively as always(though changing up routines to keep from going stale) is it possible for the body to start eating up the existing muscle? I eat enough protein I think - I try to stick to the 30/50/20 or 30/40/30 ratios.
Another question:
Attempting to increase the teardrop muscle size I did extra step-ups and lunges for my right leg. The result was little-to-none increase in the teardrop, but increase in endurance to the right leg. The left leg has less endurance now than the right. So, trying to equalize the legs in endurance I increased work on the left leg, though still keeping it less than the right. Now the result is the left leg is noticeably bigger than the right. What should I do??? Should I try to keep the legs equal in endurance? Should I do leg extensions with weight for the right leg only as the only extra work?
Thank you in advance - I'm sorry this is long
