Hi Cathe (and anyone else who feels they can answer,)
When doing leg presses, can a 10" step height be effective? I have a tendency towards knee problems (taught lots of step aerobics in the '90s, and have worn a lot of high heels too, though not so much now) and am fearful of going higher w/ the step height and injuring my knee. For now (until I move back to the States at the end of the year) I only have access to a Reebok step bench that goes up to 10". I am just wondering if I'll get any benefit out of the leg presses. I notice in Muscle Max you are doing leg presses on an 8" bench - any reason why?
I just got High Step Challenge, and can't wait to try it - I do hope it will still be effective alternating between 6" and 10" bench.
Thanks for any advice!
Stephanie
