hi cathe,

i am wondering if anyone has come to you about the problem i am about to explain. I have this "burning sensation" in my legs when i am doing cardio or lower body weight training. It is very uncomfortable but it only lasts about 15 minutes in the workout session, then it stops. I have a theory that it may be poor blood circulation but i am no doctor so i'm not sure. Has anyone come to you about this before or have you experienced it before. Also, as soon as i stop doing the exercise the pain goes away. Please help.
 
Hi Kimay! No, I have not heard of that before. I have heard of numbing or tingling in the feet during cardio workouts but thats not what your describing here. At first glance I was thinking you were experiencing lactic acid build up but you wouldn't last 15 minutes with that sensation. I really prefer not to guesstimate as to what this could be so I can only advise you to have it checked out by your doctor. Good Luck!
