Leg Cramps

I just received the Wedding video. When I do the leg lifts, my muscles start cramping (both inner and outer depending on which lift). It happens when I am a little more than halfway through the set. I will stop and wait for it to subside and then continue. However, after one or two lifts I start to cramp up again. Is this something that will eventually go away the longer I exercise (I've only recently started)? Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

By the way, Cathe, if you see this post, when I got married in 1995, my bridesmaids wore the exact same dress. Weren't they pretty!!
 
Cramping

Hi Amy,
I think those cramps will go away once you are used to doing those type of exercises. I know mine used to cramp badly and now don't that I am stronger.

Thanks for the input Sabrina. That's what I was wondering. I hope that once I've built these muscles up some they won't cramp as much!
