LEG BURN OUT

Hi Cathe,

I am so over doing legs at the moment, I had to force myself this weekend to do Leaner Legs. I was thinking of just picking say..lunges one night...deadlifts one night...etc.,etc., Will I still maintain what I have achieved if I do one lower body part per night until I'm ready to go back to my tapes??

If you're trying to do the Lower Body Solution, it's ok to go to four days per week. I over-did it too, and cut back. I'm doing fine.
 
Hi Annabelmcminn! If you are feeling that you are over doing legs to the point of burnout, then that is a huge sign of overtraining. The best medicine for this is rest. Take one to two weeks off of leg work and then come back to just doing one total leg workout per week. You will still maintain what you have achieved, you may even find that you come back stronger.
