Leg and Hip Exercises

Cathe,
Hello, I am 38 and had my left hip replaced 10 months ago and started working out again 6 months ago. I have been following your tv shows but can not perform full squats and lunges. What exercises do you recommend I do for my thighs and hips until I am able to fully perform those exercises again?
