OMG they are sooooo cute! I have a thing for wiener dogs:+ . I just got back from Italy and I was surprised by the number of dachshunds I saw there. The wirehaired variety seemed to be the most popular, followed by the smooth coat. I had longhaired wieners -- they're gone now and I miss them something terrible. :-(

I don't know what I would do without them. I had a Doberman and German Shepherd as well but they were old and both died last August. We got the brown weiner after the death of the 1st dog, then 3 weeks later, the other one died. I do miss having big dogs but I have sinced moved and my backyard is about 1/2 the size it used to be. I know there have been so many posts here about dogs so I wanted to try and get the pictures up. I'm just sorry they are SO big!
