I just got this today-- ow ow ow.
I made it thru 10 minutes.. dropped my weight down, and made it thru another 5 minutes before cursing.
I can make it thru the Firms Standing Legs, Lower Body Split, and Tough tape, yet when I tried to use the same poundage for LL-- well, all I can say is, it will not happen my lifetime.
Has this happened to anyone else? I can deal with the leg secs in MIS, and the PS series legs, but this LL annihilated me!-- even with light weights! after tossing the barbell, I figured I could use 8 lb. dumbells, just to get thru the tape, and guess what? still no go.
Even Body max, and the lower body section in that I didnt find as difficult when I first tried it.
Please tell me I will get better at this. I really want to know that there is a way to work up to the lbs that are used in the video at least! and cathe and her crew make it seem almost effortless!
I am interested in hearing everyones experiences with this tape-- and I thought my legs were the strongest things on me- and can stand almost anything. well, I have been humbled yet again by Cathe. and I love it!
