Awhile back, I was complaining that I can't seem to get any definition around my shoulders (or anywhere) on my arms.
You had suggested spending more time on my rear delts.
I've been doing that, and have seen a nice difference there!
I'm not sure that I'll ever have totally cut shoulders, but what's developed is certainly a nice step up for me.
