Have to brag about the runners' here!!! Laura PR'd her 5K today and placed in her age group!! She worked super duper really hard and deserves a huge shout out!!

No is wasnt hard. I actually could have pushed myself harder but was afraid I would zonk the last mile so I played it safe and just kept a steady pace. I really felt good yesterday. I actually left there feeling I did a good job and usually I am harder on myself. I cant wait till my next 5k, hope to beat my time again but if not, long as it isnt way worse I will be okay with that. Have a nice day!!
