Lats on FIRE!

Holy buckets! I did the CTX Kickbox section followed by the Cardio Kicks drill section followed by the CTX Kickbox abs and stretch and all I can say is YOWZA! I don't think I have ever been this sore in my lats.

If you are looking for a good lat workout, here you go.

I get the same thing with KPC when I really put some effort into throwing controlled punches! If you squeeze your lats hard when you pull back from the punches, you'll definitely feel it the next day!

Same here with KickMax. I had some serious DOMS in my lats and shoulders. This surprised me since I didn't work with weights but makes sense since you are working that same area at high intensity for an hour.
 
Nice Mix Nancy, I'll have to give this one a go. I don't often get DOMS in my lats but love feeling a nice buzz in my upper back and shoulders. Especially now that tank top season is here!:)
