Late Night workouts

THANK YOU EVERYONE AND CATHE I GUESS I WILL JUST KEEP WORKING OUT LATE.
IT'S NICE TO HEAR I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH CRAZY HOURS(NOTICE HOW WHEN YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING OUT OF THE "ORDINARY"IT SEEM TO FEEL LIKE YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE ON THIS EARTH THAT DOES IT)SO I WILL CONTINUE.

I ALWAYS work out late nights. Usually anywhere from 9 pm on to 1 am!

I have had GREAT results and can just go better then. No matter how tired I am from a hard day, my endurance and strength are just there!

Mornings I just do not have the same endurance and strength as I do evenings.

I've tried both, and for me late nights are the key!

In a perfect world I would work out afternoons, but due to my schedule I do not have the time for this.

I think it's better to work out whenever you feel you can and have time. The important thing is you are working out!
 
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed reading this topic. I have always been an early morning exerciser, but since I had my 2nd child and went back to work, the ONLY time I can seem to do it and stick with it is between 9 and 10. I am growing to love my evening workout. It's so different! I don't know about results yet b/c I just started and I'm gonna have to make myself go to bed right after, but I like it!
