Last night's "24"

So....does Chloe live in the apartment above CTU's office? She got changed and made it to Edgar's computer in less than 10 minutes. That's pretty impressive, don't you think? She even managed to get her lipstick on!

I'm thinking...and this might be a little out there...but maybe our government has actually developed the transporter technology that we see in Star Trek. Maybe they actually have a transporter room somewhere inside that building and are able to lock on to all CTU agents (both present and former - should the need arise to call upon their skills in emergency situations where no other current agent will suffice) and transport them to any location.

"I have a lock on Tony Almeida, Director. Energizing...." Then Tony materializes outside the building where he is desperately needed.

(told you I like Star Trek)

:) I was thinking the same thing. "Real time," my behind!

I agree that generally this year they don't seem to be adhering to the "real time" aspect. I was wondering the same thing about Paul's 10 minute surgery to remove one of the bullets....

Yeah, that one made me groan and roll my eyes too. And why do all the national security disasters always seem to happen in the same city where CTU headquarters is located? Seems that they can drive from their offices to the terrorists hang-out in a matter of a commercial break. Seems to me, if I were a terrorist, I would plot my evil deed on the OTHER side of the country.

RE: Last night's

I love this show but it drives me CRAZY how everything they plan goes wrong. Everything. Never does one thing go according to plan. My question is, why do they keep Jack Bauer? LOL! He screws everything up all the time. Like duh, they didn't know something would happen in that tunnel?

And just for the record, I can't stand Edgar. He needs to get the crap out of his mouth! I think Fox was trying to keep up with Alias in having a Marshall. Hate to tell them, its not working! I have a love/hate relationship with Chloe, she just drives me crazy with her attitude!

RE: Last night's

Marshall reminds me of...me. I'm not nearly as smart, mind you, but I tend to crack obscure jokes during meetings too. I usually get a much better reaction than he does, though. :)
