Upon reading so many of you raving about Phil Campbells, Ready,Set, Go book I purchased and read it. As the author receommends,I picked up a bottle of 1000mg tabs of LGlutamine. I noticed on the directions that it specifies to take on a empty stomach. My problem is that I never excercise on a completley empty belly (excercise in the late afternoon) but Phil mentions to take it just before you excercise.
Any physiologists out there that could recommend when I should take this? Is this really worth buying and taking?
