Those of you who have both would you recommend getting both, or are they pretty similar? I have L&G right now (on video) and it is a super hard workout for me! (But I LOVE it in an I-hate-it-but-love-it sort of way!)
I would call L&G more of a freestyle type leg workout, which is not to say it is easy in the slightest Just different. GS legs is more of a heavier lifting/muscular growth kind of style (though you can certainly lighten the weights). Plus you cannot beat the floor-band work. Both workouts have some unique exercises so I think you can't go wrong HTH!

So L&G is more for toning, and GS Legs is more for muscular growth? I don't want my legs to get bigger, but I do want to lose some of the excess flab (read: cellulite) and tone them up.
