Today I did HIIT on the treadmill- level 12}( }( A really tough level and I'm really happy I made it through!!
Level 12:
all sprints have an incline of 6.0 and last 30 seconds
all steady paces between the sprints are 1.5 min.
warm up at 3.0 for 2.5 min.
sprint at 7.5
steady pace of 5.0
sprint at 7.5
steady pace of 5.0
sprint at 7.7
steady pace of 5.0
sprint at 7.7
steady pace of 5.0
sprint at 8.0
steady pace of 5.0
sprint at 8.0
steady pace of 5.0
sprint at 8.0
steady pace of 5.0
sprint at 8.0
cool down at 5.0 for 2.5 min.
Then I did LIC abs-love these abs!
