Has anyone tried this DVD? How does it compare to a Cathe workout? I've ordered it from Collage....sounds like it could be a good workout....

i ordered it also, but have not done it yet....i plan on doing it either this week or next week, but from looking at the reviews people are loving it.....they say that's it's tough with no dread factor so i'm xcited about this one....let us know what u think when u try it....and if i try it b4 u do then i'll come back on here and let u know what i think:)

Thanks!

Great! Mine should be arriving on Tuesday, and I plan to do it then. I'll give an update after I try it. Can't wait!!! :)

Nice addition

Just did 30/60/90 today. I like it....I'd describe it as a functional, metabolic workout. Lots of compound moves, some plyo, squat thrusts....it's fast paced enough to stave off boredom and it really got my heart rate way up there with the 15-30 second anaerobic bursts. I used a step with 2 risers and 8 & 12 lb weights. Everyone in the class is working at their own pace, which can be motivating or distracting, depending on how you look at it. :) Kristi starts off the exercises with you but she spends a lot of time walking around the room among the exercises. I personally like my instructors working out with me, but it's not a huge deal. She gives lots of modifications, so is should be a workout that anyone can do and build upon. I'd rate it as intense/hard as a moderately intense Cathe workout. My current rotation includes Cathe's HIIT DVD, Patrick G's Extreme Calorie Burn & Lean Hot Body, Afterburn, Michelle Dozois' Peak 10 Cardio Strength (both), and a few other Cathe workouts....I think 30/60/90 will be a good addition to the mix.

Anyone else have thoughts on this workout?
