I got the new workouts and played a twist on A-Jock's Mish Mosh -

Imax 3 warmup
Imax 3 Blast only premix
Step Blast - 3 blasts only
Imax 2 Blast only premix
The New Bootcamp 12 drills

It was incredible! The new BC drills were a lot of fun! Thought I'd share this with you!

Do you have any other crazy ones? :)

WOW! Thanks for the post! I feel so honored someone wrote to me.
:) I think the new bootcamp look like a lot of fun. I am thinking about putting it with Drill Max since they have kinda the same flavor. Question...how long was this mish-mosh? Looks good and I would like to try it!

Hi there!

It was, with changing DVDs, etc @ 1 hr 40 min (I did the BC warm up as well as it's a higher intensity warmup). You will love these drills - it was a lot of fun!

Thanks! I just got done woking out. Here is what I did this morning. I call it Drill Max Mania w/ leg shaping:

1. Drill Max cardio blast w/ add squat thrust + reaching lunges
2. BM2 power circuit segment 1-3
3. LIC blast #3, #4, #3, #4, #3 (only the blasts)
4. BM2 power circuit segment 1-3
5. Drill Max cardio blast w/ added squat thrust + reaching lunges

Weights: Drill Max, LIC, B&G (using Mix/Match)

DrillMax:
1. lunges w/ weights (she uses ball)
2. reaching stability ball lunges
3. squat thrust + reaching lunges
4. walking lunges
5. db squat + db plie squat
6. walking lunges
7. db squat + db plie squat
8. walking lunges
9. db squat + db plie squat
10. walking lunges
11. reaching stability ball lunges
12. squat thrust + reaching lunges
13. lunges w/ weights (she uses ball)

LIC
1. db side lunge + db balance squat (repeat 3x)

B&G
1. wide stance db deadlift + one leg Db squat
2. wide stance db deadlift + one leg Db squat
3. wide stance Db deadlift

Drill Max:
1. ankle weights stability ball glute squeeze (repeated 4 times)

WOW!! I am still suffering from a sore left foot so the cardio, at least for me was a little less impact. Right now I can't do much kickboxing b/c of all the bouncing--not jumping. I like this, though, but I think I need to make the cardio a little more intense--I am thinking the new BC somewhere in here }( Either tomorrow or Tuesday I am doing my high impact: BC challenge from KM, Imax 3 twice through, HSTA blasts #5, #3, #4 repeated in a sequence for 16 minutes. Anyways, talk soon!
