KPC without L&G?

I already have L&G, but I would like to get KPC. Can you still buy just KPC? Or is it worth it to get the DVD? (MY L&G is VHS). After reading another post about KPC, I've decided that it would be a good investment because everyone seems to think it's more intense than KM, which I love, but I find the first section a little slow. Does anyone know if it's possible to get one without the other?

Even though you have the VHS version of L&G (I'm assuming), I'd definitely go ahead and order the DVD w/ both workouts. You can't go wrong with all of the premixes - and there are circuit-style premixes that use both KPC and L&G, so that's a bonus, too!

Yep, I completely agree - I would buy the dvd just for KPC if I had to. Although I really like KM, I think KPC does a better job of keeping your heart rate up consistently, rather than mostly at the end with all of the KM blasts. The premixes provide great variety, too! And if you like kickboxing, I've found that all of her kickboxing dvds are different enough from one another that they are all worth having.
