Hi - Can anyone tell me what the 53 minute pre-mix on KPC consists of. I am so tired today and don't think I can do it in its entirety.

Wow - is it possible to find that kind of info on all of the premixes? I've looked around the website but can't figure out how...

Premix info for the Intensity series can be found at the bottom of the page of the descriptions for the DVDs - the information there is not as complete though.
