I know someone knows the answer to this - I've seen a post about it before but I can't find it now!

There is a CD with most of the music on KPC. Where can I find it and what CD is it? Dynamix? Powermusic? Someone knows....?? I have to have it!

Hi Laura, I have found KPC songs in a dinamyx CD. The name is : Lisa Gaylord's Kardio Kombat 2. You can find a dynamix link in this site. Hope this helps.

Mariángeles a spanish terminator junkie. :) :)

I did KPC for the first time today. Had to laugh when it came to the abs on the stability ball and I'm trying to do a pike which looked rather "prehistoric" and the music playing is the theme from Jurassic Park.

I love the music from the abs section of KPC..it's also the music on the first part of each dvd (when you're trying to decide which workout and how...premixes, chapters, or all the way through)...love the melody. It's from Jurassic Park??????

I just listened to it again to be sure, but oh yeah, that's the theme from Jurassic Park. The music in that movie is incredible. And as I wanted to be a paleontologist since I was 5 (ended up in sales, go figure), that movie was a favorite of mine - just for the dinosaurs.

Thanks, Christine!!! I love dinosaurs, but have never seen Jurassic Park (I'd rather watch my dinosaurs on Discovery:)). Guess I'll have to ck out the soundtrack:)

I love the Discovery shows, too! They are great, aren't they? But, in Jurassic Park 2, which is an unremarkable movie actually, except one of the last scenes when the little boy looks out his bedroom window and sees the TRex - I have to say, I've had that nightmare, many times. For a while, whenever I would have financial problems, I'd dream of dinosaurs! Fortunately, those times are past, but occasionally I still dream they are alive and well and living in the suburbs (literally).

ok it's actually the music before the jurassic park music at the begining of the combo sets I'm trying to figure out, anyone know???
Thanks

The research facility/grad school where DH & I work is undergoing a transformation: two huge new buildings are being built and that means big machines. Among these a huge Caterpillar shovel...we call it T-Rex because that's what it's maw looks like. And what it's done to full-grown trees and two sets of steps you have to see to believe!!! I hope I don't have nightmares about our T-Rex!!!
