Here is a FANTASTIC premix: Kickbox/Hi Step Circuit & Ab premix

It was fantastic!

The cardio portion is combos 1,2&3 alternated with leg press segments from L&G on the high step (with 15# dumb bell). It really challenged my legs and heart! I added a 3" cool down on my bike before going on to abs. The whole workout is about 50" and I highly recommend it for an intense cardio day that can be completed in under an hour including stretching and abs.

Wow, sounds rough, I will have to try that when I'm feeling better. I have a nastly cold right now, so I'm taking it easy. Thanks for the FYI!
