KPC freezes

my kick,punch and crunch dvd freezes at the screen that says Body Blast 6 workout series. Does anyone know if there is anything I can try to fix this problem.

Good news, I does work but it takes about 3 minutes from it to switch over from the introductin screen to the menu screen. I am go glad I decided to try it again because I was getting ready to buy it in vhs.

Make sure your disc is clean! God knows it took me forever in a day to figure that one out.
