Nice one Nancy! I have just ordered the Intensity Series on DVD to replace my VHS and am totally excited about the BC premixes. This combination sounds like it'll get the endorphins rushing big time!
This one sounds good, but I need some clarification. When you say KPC Cardio are you talking about the cardio drills during the first half hour of the workout? Or, do you mean do all of KPC, then add BC cardio?
I am referring to the cardio only option listed on the KPC premix list and I think it is about 35 minutes. Then the BC cardio only is a little over 20 but I skip the warm up since I am thoroughly warmed up already! Give it a try... it is a burner. I had to pause for an extra 5 seconds after 2 of the BC sections to suck up some more energy!
