KPC a$$ kicker!

I am a new Cathe fan. I've been FIRMing for 3 years and just recently got some Cathe workouts. I'm loving them so far but the foot work has been a challenge. I just got KPC/L&G and have previewed it once and will be doing KPC tomorrow. You can see the pain in Cathe, Jai and Lorraine's faces and I know I will have to modify to complete it. It looks like an awesome workout and I'm really excited to do it. Do yall do the total workout everytime or do you choose a premix? And some of the dang premixes are even longer!! Wow, Cathe will definitely kick my a$$ tomorrow. My hats off to all you ladies who have been doing these workouts. You are my mentors....with strong hearts and legs for sure!

KPC is a great sweat, for sure! It is my favorite kickboxing workout by far :)

I did KPC for the first time this morning! It's a blast! My legs are feeling in places they do not normally feel it (like at the tops of my hips from the side kicks). I did the whole thing because I'm used to doing her workouts, but I was sweating up a storm (at one point I had to wipe down the tv because it had so many sweat drops on it!). But one thing I do have to say is that I was very surprised when the ab section came up. I thought I had a long way to go, but, no, I was done. Amazing...
 
I love love love KPC! One of my favorites. It's challenging, but you can work up to it. :)

Sometimes I do the entire workout, sometimes I do a Premix. Or sometimes I do the whole thing minus the abs section. Depends on my schedule and how I feel. Or sometimes I will do a short premix of one workout combined with a premix from another workout. It's fun to mix things up! :D
 
KPC is my all time favorite workout and I also like to do Legs and Glute the same day with KPC. Compliments each other very nicely...my legs think so!

You'll definitely enjoy KPC...it's really the best. I felt the same as you when I previewed Boot Camp. I though Holy Sh$@, I'll never be able to do all of that. But, I did. Sometimes watching it, although it gives you a good idea of what to expect can scare us into thinking we won't be able to do all of it. You'll work up to doing the entire KPC workout at it's full intensity. I've been the entire workout for a while now, and it's still a great workout, but it does get so much easier when you do it every week. Never gets boring though. Modify..modify...modify!!! And enjoy
 
I don't know how many would agree with me but I've always felt that KPC is right up there with MIC as far as intensity. Or at least pretty close. It's definitely a favorite of mine! Like Cathe says (about others) "You get into it what you put into it" or something like that.....
 
Okay, thats it, I'm going to order this tomorrow! I've been contemplating for a couple of weeks, and constantly read great reviews from you guys about it.

Ok, just to let yall know how it went with KPC yesterday. What an awesome workout. I LOVED it. I was able to do the entire workout and had a couple of areas where I need to get the footwork down. But this was one heck of a work out. I just melted into the floor when I was done but I can't wait to do it again.

KPC is my favorite kickboxing workout too. I LOVE this workout - it is a total blast!

Once I get all the Cathe DVD's I'm missing, I want to get the KPC/L&G DVD as I have heard the premixes on this one are awesome. I have the VHS version of both workouts now.
