I am a new Cathe fan. I've been FIRMing for 3 years and just recently got some Cathe workouts. I'm loving them so far but the foot work has been a challenge. I just got KPC/L&G and have previewed it once and will be doing KPC tomorrow. You can see the pain in Cathe, Jai and Lorraine's faces and I know I will have to modify to complete it. It looks like an awesome workout and I'm really excited to do it. Do yall do the total workout everytime or do you choose a premix? And some of the dang premixes are even longer!! Wow, Cathe will definitely kick my a$$ tomorrow. My hats off to all you ladies who have been doing these workouts. You are my mentors....with strong hearts and legs for sure!
