I'm here. I'm thinking we should maybe make this a weekly post rather than daily. It will keep the stream more manageable and "live."
I just finished the cutest baby sweater for a shower for a woman at work. Now the party got post-poned, but I've started showing it off. It's going over very big. I almost hate to give it away it's so cute.

I like the idea of a weekly post too. Since I post on the Hardcores so much it would be hard to post on two check-ins on a regular basis. Any thoughts from the rest of you???
I actually forgot about a baby blanket I had on needles too. It's a basket weave one and I LOVE the colors - it's kind of bright Crayola colors. I pulled it out last night and started working on it again. Maybe I can finish it by February for my pregnant cycling partner.
NY25 - I know what you mean about not wanting to give stuff away b/c it's so cute. Can you post a picture?

How would be the best way to handle a weekly check-in? Perhaps we should probably pick a day because otherwise it will get "buried" and difficult to find.

I like the idea of a weekly check in as well. I don't visit Cathe's site every day so I have difficulty participating in a daily check in. I wish I had some suggestions about how to make it more visible. I too am concerned it will get buried.
On another note, I am excited because I've almost finished the back of the short sleeve sweater I am doing right now. Yay!

Just post the weekly check-in and title it Knit and Fit 07/23 - 07/28. We just have to look for it. Likely someone will post each day and it will get bumped up the list.
I'll see if I can get to a scanner and scan a photo in. I don't have a digital camera yet (should probably get one) or a scanner, so. I have a bunch of film to use up, so it may be a while, but I will post it once I get done. I want to take photos of other projects, as well, to start a project book, so I should get that done soon.
Today is actually the party day so I get to reap more accolades (that's the fun part!)
