Hi Suz,
I actually don't own any spinervals yet. I was looking at "Lean and Mean" and "sweating buckets". Which do you own and what are your favorites? I can't decide which to start with. I use to do different rides in Utah like "The best dam bike ride" for MS. and "Little Red Riding Hood" ride, etc. I haven't done anything for a few years but I do take spin classes now and again so I am looking for something challenging (I figure I can always make the workout easier with lighter resistance if I have to). What are your favorites? I took four days off, family came in town, so I got a little break and my knees are feeling better but I still am not going to do to much right away. I workout on carpeted flooring so the impact is a little softer. Out of cathe's workouts, I own: KPC/LG, Imax2/CW, HST, HSC, BC/ME. I want to buy low max but am waiting to get all of the hardcore series together. I also have some of Janis Saffells tapes which are a little easier and my knees never hurt from doing Kickboxing. I have never had to do Physical therepy before, I have never had problems before. This really upsets me because lunges and squats are giving me great results. But it just isn't worth knee problems.
Thanks so much for all of the support and suggestions. It helps especially when I haven't had to deal with this before.
