I love doing your videos, but my knees seem to be taking the brunt of the work and I'm not sure why. I watch myself in a mirror, when I workout, to make sure that I'm doing everything properly and not over extending anything. Yet, when I do something like lunges/squats, I seem to feel it more in my knees and quads than my rear.
Likewise, when I work my triceps (using the Muscle Max DVD), and I do the part with the band, my elbow feels it more than my triceps.
Am I doing something wrong??
