Last week while doing plank work in Circuit Max, I went to lift my leg a little off the ground how she says to do it, well it hurt immediately so I stopped immediately, not sure what I did but I thought ok no biggie now.... so now this week its been bothering me I wouldn't say alot of pain but it is bothering me and more so when I workout, I can feel it when sitting & standing... I would say mostly the pain is at a level 3, not high but sometimes I will get shooting pain or it seems like it moves up or down the leg if thats possible.
Ive gotten some great advice from friends of mine that use your workouts but I thought I would ask here also.........do I take some time off to see if it gets better on its own with no exercise ? or do I work through it ? I really don't think at this point its bad enough to go see a DR but if it keeps up I will go in.
I am just trying to catch it now if its minor enough & I rest then maybe it will be no big deal and go away..... my problem is I feel guilty & don't feel as good when I don't workout, not as much energy, etc.
If its worth the time to lay low for a while then thats what I will do.. Ive taken 2 rest days now back to back & its gotten no better yet in fact yesterday it hurt me more then the day before that.
I know as soon I start working out I will feel it however, just confused over here.
