Cathe, I haven't used your videos in years. The last ones I used was your Step N Motion Videos--I ordered them when they first came out. I loved them, but after years of using the step, my old basketball injuries from high school and college prevented my from continuing. I am able to do all of the Firm and Fit Prime videos, and would like to use yours also. Please recommend the videos that would be appropriate. No high impact--the mini step is fine.
AND is the mini step available from the Step Co. yet?
