Oh that's right, you were gone last year for Christmas. So glad you will be home for that this year.

Joey and I have been exercising together for many years, he's my buddy.:)

Good Evening!

Was so busy over the holidays that I didn't get a chance to post. Yeah, I made a lot for Thanksgiving even though we were going somewhere else for it.

Anyway, hope your holidays were great! As always I was busy, busy, busy. Something that doesn't seem to change. Kept in the exercise, however. Yesterday was Cardio & Weights -- Part II -- I break it up into 35 - 40 minutes segments -- as I still can't seem to get those hour workouts backin. Today was anaerobics with 4DS Bootcamp -- 1st part, and stretch.

Went shopping on Black Friday -- one of my favorite times to shop, believe it or not. Wasn't out too long though -- too much to do at home.

Now I have to wrap gifts and get those sent out to relatives and all as soon as possible. Have a super, super day (evening).:D

Hi KK, We've been busy too. There was just so much stuff because of the holidays.

I have to tell you something, if I haven't already. I've stopped drinking Soy Milk at least several months now. Before that I use to have a dry va&ina, but now that I don't have that in my system anymore, I'm just like anyone else. Can't believe what a horrible thing that use to be. Just want to thank you, for the information to help me. Success!

Good job on your workouts. They seem perfect for you.

Good afternoon!

I'm back! Had a wonderful time in sunny Mexico and now DH and I are detoxing from all the yummy, but really not good for you stuff (like alcohol LOL)

I started my STS rotation yesterday. I was going to start on Monday, but my stomach decided to attack and I was not feeling up to working out with a big ole fat tummy sticking out. (its my excuse and I'm sticking to it:eek:)

Today is a rest day since I have a massage in a little while.

Hope you both had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a very happy but belated Birthday to you KK!

Wescome back, Rhea! Am so glad you're back all safe and sound, but boy, I hear you on the need to detox and lose some weight. I was already a couple pounds over the highest weight I can easily tolerate -- and now I'm even over that. I gotta really cut back on my eating -- it just all tastes so good. So maybe we can console each other on this and lose this unwanted weight. Note: only 2 pairs of my jeans fit me right now.:(

I forgot to post yesterday -- just busy! Today was the 2nd part of HSC --the 1st part being done yesterday -- about 40 minute exercises a piece. That's an okay time -- maybe gradually I'll work back to an hour -- but for now the shorter the workout time, the better.

Janie, so glad to hear that you're no longer doing the soy. The other thing to know about soy is that unless you go completely organic, it's almost a sure bet that it's been genetically modified. This isn't the same thing as cross-breeding or that sort of thing. Anyway, that's so good to hear.

Tomorrow I'm planning some sort of straight cardio -- steady state. And of course more water and less food. :confused:

I know what you mean KK! For some reason I have ballooned. Well, at least I feel like I have. I have not stepped on that scale because I'm too scared too. But here's to healthy and less eating!

I did STS #2 today. I'll probably be sore tomorrow. Today is our anniversary and DH is in the kitchen :eek:! I'd better go check on him.

Yesterday was IMAX3 -- step only and today -- well, I don't know yet -- getting ready to work out.

Rhea, so glad you are back! I can just imagine how much fun you had in Mexico. Lucky you.;) Good for you on starting STS. Keep us posted on the gains in muscle, and endurance. You are going to love it.


KK, Great job as usual with your workout. You are very consistent. Have a good cardio tomorrow.

Joey and I are going on a recovery week. We will also go to Oregon for a few days and will leave on Sun.

KK - I weighed my self yesterday....:eek::(:confused: Wow. Way (weigh) too much (pun intended!) I couldn't believe it, now wonder my pants are tight.

Yesterday I did the first day of the December rotation. I think I will use that as my cardio for a while, especially after being so out of breath with the Drill Max cardio! Wow. I forgot how tough that workout is.

So today is Disc 3. I might add a tiny cardio if I feel like it after. Probably not because it is legs today.

Okay, so I was a glutton for punishment and did add on cardio with Disc #3. I did the second day of the December rotation, so it was the BM2 cardio mix timesaver. Wow. I was pooped on Sat night.

Yesterday I substituted the Cardio fusion premix #6 instead of the doing the upper body premix, since I have to do Disc #4 today of STS. I might add some cardio again since I've already seen a bit of improvement in the fit of my pants.

Yep, yesterday added on the Cardio only from LIC and then did Disc #4.

Really cold here today. -5 this morning and it is already 0 at 7p.m. Eek!
 
Good Afternoon!

I can't believe how snowed under I am with work. It's like everything hit at once. I only wish my income matched my hours of work.

Rhea, it's been really, really cold here, too. Even our cats have been coming inside during the day and sitting in front of the heating units.

I've been working out later and later as I try to finish all my work -- yesterday didn't work out until 5PM and then it was the 27 min. Total Body Sculpting with heavy weights.

Janie, hope you are doing well. How's that book going?

Sorry for being absent for a few days. :( Will do better. :D
 
Hi Guys,

Everywhere in the states, the temperatures are very low. Today was a little warmer, it was 14 degrees! Yesterday was 9 degrees. Our pipes froze when we got home from the ocean. It took Joey two days to unthaw them. It is cold!

Rhea, you are doing so well on your exercises. Good for you. Burrrrrrrr -5!:eek: Yikes is right!

KK, You busy bee. When will you be able to just relax every now and then? Really! You are working to hard.

Today is leg work for Joey and me. We don't like them. But, we understand that we must to it.

Okay, well, I've been continuing with the STS program and doing the December rotation sort of between the STS days. Today will start week three and I'll probably add on a cardio from the December rotation. After weighing myself again, and weighing more, again:mad: I have to really focus on the eating and the working out.

So, I've been good with the food and trying not to eat everything in the house when I'm bored or sewing. Trying to move around more too.

Hi!

Busy, busy, busy -- haven't been able to even exercise for the past 2 days. Goodness! Well, Christmas will be over soon, but I had to get those packages off to family -- plus working. Am actually working 3 different jobs right now -- part time, of course -- but it does leave little time -- and I have my galley revisions (book before it goes to print) back and due in two days. Goodness!

Anyway, today was 4DS Bootcamp. I so love that workout. Can't wait for the STS Cardio.

Hope all is going well with you both! But what would I do with all that time is I weren't busy?:eek:

Was up all night last night getting those page proofs done -- hopefully will go to bed early tonight. For a workout, just did the step only of IMAX2. Good time and not so stressful for me with not enough sleep.

Joey and I have been doing a little of Jari Love lately. It's good endurance workouts so far.

Yeah, things are busy right now and probably will continue to be so through the holidays as I struggle to catch up.:confused: But you know I have to put it in perspective. I was gone for a while and so things get behind.

Yesterday was, indeed, Total Body Sculpting, going a little heavy. Am using that routine only because the time fits my life-style right now. Oh, for the days when I used to be able to do an hour long workout.

Finally got a chance to pop in here. Been going strong with the STS series. Will end up week #3 with the legs disc today. Probably will add on a little cardio if I can, but I have lots of cleaning to do, so we'll see.
