I did Ultimate Advanced Cardio Barre today and the Power Thighs segment. This was like Slim Series on speed. Great workout!

I was up to doing Firm It Up with 5# ankle weights and it just wasn't doing much for me. I really felt the difference in Cardio Barre and didn't need to use any weights. I felt everything working. I had to only use 2# for the arm segment. I started with 2s went up to 3s and went back down to 2s. The Power Thighs segment was killer.
