Good Evening!
Today was 1/2 of Cardio & Weights -- and I'm going to try to do the rest of the workout tonight before bed. That dreaded pound is back on and I need to take it off and I overate a little at dinner.
Janie, I sent you a review of the emoillant soap -- I sent it via Cathe -- so it's either here for you privately -- or it might have gotten sent to your private email. I don't know.
Rhea, how's the vacation? Bet it's great.
Am still struggling with the weight but the Eat & Stay Slim book is doing it's work and gradually it's coming off -- if I can keep myself from overeating at dinner.
