Killer Cardio Workout in 59 minutes!

Today I did the following and it was an awesome cardio workout:
WU and Hi/Lo cardio segments from CMax(skip the weight segments)
Kickbox and Hi/Lo and Intervals from 10-10-10
Imax 2 Intervals 6-10 w/CD
C&W stretch
The total workout clocked in around 59 minutes. I like the C&W stretch because she stretches your calves and it feels really good after the Hi/Lo segments.

I jog in place while I fast forward through the weight work. I have a remote and the right arrow that says slow, when I hit it twice it fast forwards ultra fast. It's so fast that you can hardly see what they are doing. This workout is a lot like A-jock's 10-10 Tabasco. I thought it sounded familiar and then I realized that A-jock had posted a similar cardio workout earlier. Anyway, this was fun and a way to get a lot of cardio in under one hour! :7 It did leave me panting though!:p :p
 
Always in the market for killer cardio workouts.

Did one of my new alltime faves on Sunday, the "Hi/Lo Heaven" workout:

MIC warm-up and hi/lo segment
10-10-10 hi/lo segment
Boot Camp cardio only premix

However, you've given me a new idea:

"Hi/Lo Heaven and H*ll":

C-Max warm-up and both hi/lo segments ff-ing thru the resistance cycle
MIC hi/lo segment at the point where she goes warp-speed
10-10-10 hi/lo
Boot Camp cardio only premix

Wussed out this past Thursday and didn't do 10-10-Tabasco (went to Chili's for veggie/smoked-cheese quesadillas instead), so I'll have to report back.

Thanks for the ideas!

You guys are putting me into cardiac arrest just reading this thread. I believe I will opt for the Chili's veggie/smoked cheese quesadilla workout as this is, I believe, more attainable at present. But thank you for letting me live vicariously through your killer cardios, I am with you in spirit.

Not fair A-jock!!! I have yet to purchase MIC!!! I will have to try your HI/Lo Heaven and Hi/Lo H*ll substituting the C-Max or Power Circuit's hi/lo segments for the MIC hi/lo segments!!! While working
out today I will be thinking of veggie/smoked-cheese quesadillas....:9

Just so long as you don't work out while EATING veggie/smoked-cheese quesadillas.

Try this:

Power Circuit warm-up/hi-lo segment
C-Max hi/lo segments AFTER warm-up
10-10-10 hi/lo
Boot Camp cardio premix (do you have BC DVD?)

Oh yea...I have the Boot Camp DVD! Maybe I will give this a try tonight! Or...maybe I will do it tomorrow....or maybe I will think about it for a few weeks and sike myself up for some more killer cardio. Hey I know! I will go fuel up with some quesadillas...oh that may pose a little explosion problem when I begin the hi/lo...tee hee! I can't believe I just said that live on national internet! You Catheites have warped me!!!
