Just wondered if anyone out there has tried this workout? It's by Jillian Michaels. I wanted to put it in my rotation along with GS Legs and was wondering if it also had a cardio factor. Has anyone tried this dvd?
 
I just got KB&T and have only done Level 3, but I can tell you that Level 3 has a huge cardio factor. I loved it! The workout description says Jillian includes cardio intervals with the leg work in all 3 levels. The workout is more suited for toning and burning out your legs, not building like the GS series so I think it would be a great compliment to a GS rotation (although I wouldn't do both discs on the same day or consecutive days...ouch!).
 
Just wanted to say that I've heard from more then one person that this a good DVD but I didn't know about the cardio factor so I couldn't answer your question...:)
 
I noticed that they have it on Netflix. Do you have that service? Thats usually how I try out new DVDs (except Cathe, I just pre-order.;)) I haven't tried this one yet, but my experience with Jillian is that there is always a cardio element to it. She just moves quickly between exercises (usually compound.) I like her a lot. She seems to fit right into a Cathe rotation. With this one caveat: I don't care for her yoga DVD. I prefer Shiva Rae and Sarah Kline on Yoga today. She just seems out of her element in yoga.
 
Thank you ladies for all of your responses! I already bought the dvd a few weeks ago from target I think I paid like $12 for it. I keep forgetting about Netflix having workout dvd's.
