Kickmax - what are the hardest sections?

Hi there. I am traveling on biz this weekend and want to try kick max in my room on my laptop.

Any one have advice on what segments will give me the best cardio workout? I want to get a good ol' Cathe and crew butt kickin' workout!

I did Kickmax on Thursday and the Bootcamp Blast Challenge was in my opinion the best cardio workout. I like it all and my butt is still so sore from the leg conditioning drills. It is hard for me to sit Indian style or put my ankle on top of my knee. I do not know if I will be able to do the whole thing again. I may just do the different premixes.

I think the Blast challenge will give you the biggest cardio burn. I like the combos too but they are less cradio challenging then the blast. I don't know if you will be able to do the combos in a hotel room, however, you will need a lot of space for the kicks. You will definitely be able to do the challenge in a hotel room.
 
I can only imagine what the guests in the room below you would think when you do the challenge portion of Kick Max! You probably should request ground floor.

You guys are sooooo funny! I am on the 14th floor! No chance of ground floor for me ;) ha ha ha

Okay... I didn't do kickmax this morning. I made it to the hotel gym (which was AWESOMEb by the way!) I did a total UB workout w/dumbells and a cardio workout on the elliptical! After having food poisoning it felt soooooo good to sweat.

I think tomorrow I am going to do Kickmax. I think I might try the whole thing w/a focus on the bootcamp??? Lastnight I did Christi Taylor Solid Gold Cardio and it was soooo fun! Plus the music sounded awesome. I played it on my laptop and it made me realize how much of a sound problem Cathe really has on these new dvds! There was NO comparison!!!
 
The Blasts are killer -- I think it is the hardest section.

I love those leg conditioning drills after busting my butt with those blasts!

I did not think I'd like "Kick Max" as much as I ended up liking it.

Kickbox is really not my thing -- but when I can make it through those blasts and try my best to execute proper form in the Drills then I am HOSED!

I like "Kick Max" better than any kickbox workout I've ever done!
