I just finished my first Kickmax workout and it was awesome. I finished the DVD with some hesitations during the DVD . I will build my strength and endurance so that I will perform it just as well as Cathe and Crew :7 Thanks Cathe!!!!!
Kick Max is my favorite workout of the HC series. I do it at least once a week. My legs are starting to get really toned since I started doing it once week.
My daughter and I did this last night, using the rebounder for the high impact section. It was quite fun. It goes slow enough at the beginning that a 12 year old can catch on and feel like she is learning it.
When she released the Hardcore series this was the one workout that I looked forward to the least, but now love the most. I never do the workout as is though. I always split it up. I love it because it's so versatile.
