I was completely unable to do them at first. I swear, I got cramps in places I didn't know could cramp- feet, calves, etc. I tried it again, and it wasn't as bad. It was still rather pitiful.
Then I tried the boot camp premix, and liked it a LOT more than the blasts at the end.
I've done the dvd maybe 3-4 times, and boot camp is how I'll do it from now on. I like getting it over with!!
I can maybe do 70% of what they do. I just try to get through different segments each time, and when I'm doing jumping jacks (or marching) as they're flying around, I think to myself, well at least I'm not marching (or walking).
LOL I guess what I'm trying to say is, I've lowered my expectations of myself!!
