Kickboxing

Hello, just wondering when doing any of the rotations old or new what can I substitute for kickboxing? I just really dislike it …. I find the transitions too quick, it really bothers my feet and knees.

Any cardio that you like, I think. Cycling would be a good choice if knees are an issue. I like low impact HIIT. Kickboxing is definitely "you get out of it what you put into it" so it's hard to compare to others. Some kickboxing routines have a lot of jumping, others not so much. As with most rotations, make choices that work for you. I often change cardio to fit my needs.
