A step workout with plenty of athletic moves, but no 'dancey' combos. I love cardio and I love working out with a step, but I have trouble with step combos of even moderate complexity, and I feel like I waste too much time getting the moves down and thinking about the combos and therefore don't work hard enough. I have both low max and imax 2 but I rarely bother with the step combos, I just do the blasts! Plus I can't stand that mambo-cha cha combo, for some reason it just bugs the crap out of me, and every step video ever produced in the history of humankind uses it. But I digress. A kickbox step workout or an athletic drill step workout would be great!
