Hi everybody ! I love kickbox and martial art oriented workout and I own quite a few (cathe's, kickbox2000, power kicks, power strike, taebox,xkokickbox)
Can U suggest a few similar good ones for advanced exercise, maybe also not too basic with coreography ???
Also, anyone out there has tried the krav maga or the kempo videos ? are they real workout or what ???
