Kick, Punch, Crunch 1st time yesterday

I just purchased this video to rotate with Low Impact Step DVD. I did it for the first time yesterday. Man oh man am I sore today!! Mostly in my arms, shoulder, and legs. I cant keep up with Cathe and her team, but I did ok for a first time. I look forward to doing it again tomorrow!!!

What has been your experience with this one? What have been your results? Thanks.

Carmen, my arms hurt SO MUCH after KPC my first time!!! After that, though, they really haven't hurt like that again. It's so fun!! I'm glad you enjoyed it!!!
 
Strange, my arms never hurt after this workout, it is always my legs that hurt. This workout seem to help slim down my thighs. It is one of favs.

It is an awesome workout, isn't it? I love this and Kick Max. They are intense! }(

When I first started doing it, I felt sore in my "recoil" muscles, my back, biceps, and hamstrings. When I started kickboxing I noticed some definition in my back and shoulders especially, as well as my quads. I keep thinking that when I get done I am going to look like Hilary Swank in Million Dollar Baby because I sure feel like her! ;)

I've only done KPC 3 times. I am always sore in my arms and back the next day. Last time I did it my average heart rate was 192. I said that had to be wrong. I'd be dead if my AVERAGE heart rate was 192. But it is one killer workout. Last time I did it I had to do one of the premixes as I just didn't feel I could abuse myself for over an hour. Whew!
