Kick, Punch and Crunch

I just did Cathe's Kick, Punch and Crunch workout on FitTV and LOVED it. What a fun and tough workout! Now I want to buy it so I can have the entire workout and no commercials. Are the MMA series and Kick Max similar to this workout as well?
 
I have Kick,Punch and Crunch and the MMA's (don't have kickmax) and I think KPC is more intense and much more fun. MMA kickbox is good as well, I just feel like I get a better workout with KPC, and it is nice that it has all the premixes as well. I do not regret purchasing KPC, I love it!
 
KPC is my favorite of all of Cathe's kickbox workouts. The MMA are good, but not as good as KPC in my opinion. The one I like next best is kickbox from 4 day split.
 
I would definitely get KPC. I have all of Cathe's workouts, and in my "top ten DVDs ever" list, KPC is definitely way up there for me. I do KPC a lot and always feel it's challenging and fun every time. I also like the various premixes very much and use that feature more than the full video because I am usually short on time. I would rank the 4 day split kickbox second for me and then the Cross Train Express kickbox is also fantastic. One thing about KPC, it has that "spark" that some of Cathe's videos have where Cathe and the whole crew are having so much fun, you can just see if and practically feel it!
 
Get it!

I love Kick Punch & Crunch too! I had the full workout (download option) but ended up getting the DVD recently for the premixes and I'm glad I did. I did the Cardio Conditioning one this afternoon and it was awesome!! Can't wait to try the other premixes.
 
KPC

I had to chuckle when I saw your posts because I just did Kick Punch and Crunch last night. I gotta tell ya, aside from IMAX2 and KickMax , Kick Punch and Crunch has me soaked by the end of the work out. There is so much you can do with KPC. Kick Max is similar, however, the bootcamp blasts in Kick Max are a little more though to do than the High Intensity Cardio in Kick Punch and crunch ( I think ) and it's done after the punch combos as apposed to KCP where the high segment is done before the combos.
My favorite thing about the whole DVD is that you can use the work out blender and create your own work out off of it. There are SO MANY ways you can use this DVD.
My Fave. I do the warm up, intermediate, advanced, segment 1, segment 2, then I flip over to legs and glutes and do the standing leg drills. Awesome work out. Gotta hand it to Cathe,,,she's a total kick box genius !! :D

Definately worth the $$
 
KPC is Great

I agree with everyone else. KPC is a must have.

I too started KPC on FitTv. I finally got the dvd because I wanted more than just what was on FitTv. This dvd is definitely worth the money. Of the Cathe dvds I have this is my favorite.
 
Kick, Punch & Crunch clearly a favorite here!

Started with KPC parts from the timesaver & this week the TV version, I'm probably going to go for the others in Body Blast series too, I like the premixes, everything & my June rotation will be half BB series SJP, PP, SS, KPC & half DM, KM, MM :)

I think this is tops on my list!
