I would definitely get KPC. I have all of Cathe's workouts, and in my "top ten DVDs ever" list, KPC is definitely way up there for me. I do KPC a lot and always feel it's challenging and fun every time. I also like the various premixes very much and use that feature more than the full video because I am usually short on time. I would rank the 4 day split kickbox second for me and then the Cross Train Express kickbox is also fantastic. One thing about KPC, it has that "spark" that some of Cathe's videos have where Cathe and the whole crew are having so much fun, you can just see if and practically feel it!
