Kick Max

How hard is this DVD? I am looking for some really challenging cardio! I just bought Cardiofusion and I LOVE IT!!!! Of the new DVDs does anyone have a suggestion? I already have IMAX3 (LOVE) and Cardiofusion.

The blasts are very hard. The rest of the workout is not that hard but the blasts are hard, probably like doing Imax 3 "blast only". I would suggest BodyMax 2 as well. It's very challenging but fun.

I have a suggestion...do you happen to own Kick, Punch, and Crunch?? Here is the workoout:

K,P,C warmup, intermediate drills, high intensity drills (done 2 times)

THEN...

KickMax Blast Challenge

Then...

Bootcamp "cardio only" premix (2 times)

Then...

K,P,C kicking combos (all 3 combos)

This is a great cardio-kicking workout!! :D LOTS AND LOTS OF SWEAT!! Doing this for the past several months, not only has my VO2 increased, I have great legs and a sculpted abs {w/out crunches!!) Give it a try....

Time w/out warm-up & cool-down = 1 hr 30 minutes
It might seem a little long, but I really don't consider the kicking combos as "cardio" since the HR falls. For me, the combos are a "skill-based" part. So I think of it as 65 minutes of PURE cardio.

I would opt for Kick, Punch and Crunch too. I like it alot better than Kick Max. It definitely has more cardio than Kick Max.
