Kick Max or Lo Max next?

okay.... time for another DVD, can someone suggest which one(kick max vs. lo max)is more intense cardio? I have KPC but none of the IMAXES and I am VERY choreo challenged so any suggestions would be great.
Thanks.:9

Hello! I just finished typing a heartfelt thanks to Cathe for Lowmax. Here's how I see it - I think it is a fab addition on the days you just don't want a lot of pounding but still want a super pumped, fire inducing w/o. It does have some tricky choreo, and if you are not used to a lot of her step moves, it may have a bit of a learning curve to it...but still VERY worth it, IMO. Kickmax is loved by a lot of people especially for the ability to add pieces and parts to other workouts. The blast challenge can't be beat. I don't think it is as hard to "pick up" choreowise. If you are looking to get into the Imaxes (which I feel are fabulous, fabulous for reaching your anaerobic threshold) then might I suggest trying Imax the original first, as I think it is the most simplistic of choreo. Happy hopping :)

Sure thing! Imax is actually on the DVD w/ MIC, so it's still there!

The original IMAX is on the Rhythmic Step DVD with MIC, as Debbie pointed out.

Personally, I think if you're choreographically challenged (been there, done that!), the original IMAX is a good first choice. It is an AWESOME workout and very tough but the choreo sections are fairly simple.

LowMax and KickMax are really apples and oranges workouts since LM uses a step and KM has more of a kicbox-hi/lo flavor to it.

There's really no wrong choice here as sooner or later you'll own them all, anyway. :)

Good luck!
