Ok I see all of you talking about these moves in Imax3. Well I did the blast in KickMax and really about died. I'm more of an endurance person vs high intensity person. For instance this winter I got up to running 6.5 miles but this blast made me want to die right away. Actually it got me wheezing which I haven't done in forever! Anyway now I'm scared half to death of Imax3. Is Imax3 like Kick Max Blast but an hour long? I want to see what i need to work up to.
