Has anyone tried the leg sculpting drills with ankle weights? I usually do the low impact premix and have been using 2-lb weighted gloves (which I found to up the intensity nicely)...this morning, I thought I'd try my 2.5-lb ankle weights for the sculpting drills as well...I definitely could feel the difference, but it wasn't as hard as I thought it was gonna be...of course, I'll have to see what my legs are saying tomorrow.
