i feel like the kpc is a little too fast-maybe not real safe? i would like something smilar at a slower pace.i have been doing cathe workouts for a long time but do not do kpc that much.
 
If you're new to kickboxing, you might want to try a less advanced workout, like Kathy Smith. The more proficient you become at kickboxing, the faster you can punch and kick safely. KPC is about the same pace as other advanced kickboxing workouts.

I love KPC, and aside from some gratuitous high impact moves (kickboxing doesn't need impact to be intense), think it's a great advanced kickboxing workout.
 
Quickfix Total Cardio w/Janis Saffell is a good option for someone who is new to Kickboxing as well. It has 3 different 10 minute workouts.
